Upgrading windows 8.1 to windows 10 failing

I am trying to update from windows home 8.1 to windows home 10, but it keeps failing. Initially got a stop code after running through the install. Ran SFC and DISM to clean up some corrupt files. Then when i try to run the update it will will go thru the "preparing" screen and then stop without any error message. The blue box log shows some 0xC0000005 errors. The setupdiag results log show a memory dump, but gives no debugger info. I can't run the installer again typically until the next day when the issue clears, but the install will fail with another code and get stuck again.

I used the media creation tool to make both a USB flash drive and an ISO DVD, same issue.

I have done a RAM check - no issues found
SFC - no issues after fix
DISM no issues after fix
CHKDSK - no issues
Clean boot - no change
Disable anti virus- no change
unplugged all devices except usb with the uninstaller on it, no change.

Below is the link for other things that have been tried to solve this:
Upgrading windows 8.1 to windows 10 failing

I have been reading up on all the event codes and error codes, but I am getting out of my depth.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1) I don't see this file C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\mnd69C3.diagerr.mdmp in that location. There is a similar file name with the same file type.
Do you want me to attach all the contents of the panther folder and LiveKernelReports? The name for the Panther folder is in a blue color, does that mean something?

2) fast startup is off

Do you still want steps 13 to 17?

Thanks,

Search for

%WinDir%\Panther\NewOS\Rollback

The different colors I'm not familiar with.

If you have backup images using Acronis then Macrium is not needed.

Please update steps 13 - 17.

These tests can be performed overnight:

Here are the results from the HD Tune and the Eset AV remover. The hard drive drive is new. I use Eset for anti-virus and firewall.

I wasn't clear on:
15) post an image of the startup and recovery system failure settings

16) post an image of the virtual memory / page file settings

In the image for virtual memory / page file settings > click on change > post an image of the new pop up window displaying the settings

This is another ESET uninstaller: [KB2289] Uninstall ESET manually using the ESET uninstaller tool

In post #22 was ESET uninstalled and later reinstalled?
Upgrading windows 8.1 to windows 10 failing

Sea Tools can be ran overnight:
Sea Tools: SeaTools | Seagate Support US

Update the progress with:
a) a new restore point
b) backup image (saved to another disk drive or the cloud)
c) Windows driver verifier link

here is the vmemory image

In post #22 Eset was unistalled for another try at upgrading to Windows 10. But I reinstall after the attempt to keep virus protection between trials.
The Eset uninstaller says you mentioned it is for unistalling eset, not other AV software.

I set a restore point and I have a mirror of my drive from about 1 month ago. I ran the verifier (i ran this once before, but with different settings than the ones in the link) I didn't get any output from it, it just said to restart. did it create a log file somewhere?
I will try downloading seatools again and running it.

Thanks
