Updating from Windows 7 to 10 failed

Hello,
I am trying to update from windows 7 to 10 and it has failed twice. I've run multiple fixers, cleared cache and junk items. No external drives or USBs connected. I have attached the text from running SFCFix.exe

Which error message do you get ?
Attach the following files also when available:
- C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSur.log
- Copy the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\cbs.log to your desktop. Zip the copied file and attach the zipped cbs.log.
