[SOLVED] Update KB5031354 fails to install despite sfc and dism finding no errors

I need to update my Laptop to keep it compliant with the company rules but the required update to be compliant "2023-10 Kumulatives Update für Windows 11 Version 22H2 für x64-basierte Systeme (KB5031354)" won't install successfully.

I had an corruption in the COMPONENTS hive but I fixed it.
This solved an error of the sfc and dism (error 582) and an issue with another update that could not be installed but sadly not the issue with the update KB5031354.

Could you please analyse what is wrong with my system?

I followed the page "Troubleshooting Windows Update Log Errors" and renamed the windows update DataStore
Sadly this did not solved the issue.

I attached the WindowsUpdate.log of the latest failed update attempt

I am hoping that there is someone that can help me.

I solved this finally by reinstalling windows inplace
