Update errors

Hi
I need your help with the windows update KB4534310 "security update for windows".
It fails to install and display errors. I dont know what to do, because nothing works from solutions i find in internet.
Can any1 help with this problem? and is it even possible to fix?

Copy the file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS.cbs.log to your desktop.
Zip the copied file and attach the zipped cbs.log to your next reply.
