I'm on Windows 10 with a NVIDIA GeForce 210 for a GPU. I'm not exactly tech savvy so I really shouldn't have touched anything but I did. Any help would be much appreciated!

I'll post a picture so you can see what I mean. I didn't see anything specific error messages but if I go to Windows Update and try and let them install them I get Error 0x80248007 for my GPU.

If so, the first thing I'd try is doing a system restore back to a restore point prior to your having removed the original. This may or may not work, as I find System Restore to be flaky, at best, but when it works it's the easiest solution.
