[SOLVED] Unable to use DISM, SFC & windows update

This issue is similar to [SOLVED] - Windows update failure error code (0x80070570) W10
However, some of the solutions provided there were very specific to the user.
So currently I am unable to update my windows via inbuilt updater, manual updating also dism,sfc is not working for me.

I have performed chkdisk for c drive and no issues are found.
I would like someone will help me to fix this issue..

SFC Scannow throws :

Windows Resource Protection Could Not Start the Repair Service​

DISM gives Error 193

Eventviewer has the following same but many errors:​

Unable to start a DCOM Server: {0823B6F8-F499-4D5E-B885-EA9CB4F43B24}. The error:
"2147943792"
Happened while starting this command:
C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-servicingstack_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.19041.1790_none_7df2aec07ca10e81\TiWorker.exe -Embedding

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

Unfortunately, the fix failed. Registry ====> ERROR: Error accessing the registry. Please do the following.

SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.

• Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
• Download the attachment SFCFixScript.txt and save it to your desktop.
• Drag the SFCFixScript.txt file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

• SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
• Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
• Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

There is a hacktool present or remnants of it to use Windows and/or Office not legitimately.
It is against the rules to help people with an illegal operating system or other illegally used programs.
Hacktools can make your system slower and also less secure.
Do you agree that we continue to do a repair attempt for this computer that will also remove the hacktool?

What will be the consequences of removing it?
Should I need to purchase the legit windows?
Also if possible any other repair without removing it as this issue has been caused while windows update I did a few months ago and due to power cut my pc stopped.
I don't know much about the hack tool cause it has been nearly 2 years since I am using it without any issues.
I also linked one of the issues which are exactly the same as mine in my main post.([SOLVED] - Windows update failure error code (0x80070570) W10) Can we take some references from there too?
At last, if it's not possible to repair other than removing it I am okay to remove it.

Should I need to purchase the legit windows?

Yes, we don't provide any assistance when Windows is illegally activated.

So you have the following option:
- Purchase a legit license (retail) for this system, so you can reactivate the system according to the License Agreement.

So what is the procedure to repair the system by removing the hack tool?
Also by removing it will my system crash? something like BSOD?

Removing the HackTool will not crash the system.

Please perform the steps below, afterwards you can reactivate the system with the legal license: Activate Windows

Remove the following from the softwarelist:
- Java 8 Update 51 (outdated)
- KMSpico (HackTool)
- Wondershare Helper Compact 2.6.0 (Potential Unwanted Program)
