unable to upgrade to KB5039211 WIN10 22H2, Giving error 0x800f081f

not able to apply patch KB5039211, JUNE MONTH TUESDAY VM PATCH
when i rum dism restore health
i get error : 0x800f081f
source file could not be found.
use souce option....... https go to microsfot LinkId=243077
i can share the cbs logs if you want and the dism.log
need help

FAILED TO GET POQEXEC CMDLINE FROM COMPONENTS\CONFIGURATION HRESULT = 0X80070002 = ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
cant upload cbs too large
