[SOLVED] Unable to update windows SFC /Scannow fails

Hello good people.

I have a windows 7 ^$bit laptop that crashes when the users tries to epen Quickbooks

I tried to uninstall it and reinstall but same issue.

I then ran SFC /scannow

Then SFCFIX.exe
