Last week, I recognized that my win10 is having an issue with installing updates. Since then, I am trying to fix the problem with no luck so far. Thus, I registered here, hoping somebody is able to help me.

System:
Edition: Windows 10 Pro
Version: 20H2
Build: 19042.804
Experience: 120.2212.551.0

things I tried to solve the issue:
  • sfc /scannow
  • DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restore Health
  • DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restore Health *with image as source
  • Windows Update troubleshooter
  • Delete C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore
  • Delete C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download
  • uninstall kb packages
  • Update to 21h2 via update tool
  • Repair Windows using Installation media
  • Check if the correct Partition is set as main partition
  • restart update services
  • SFCFix.exe
all intentions to do an update or repair end in the 0x80070002 error or with the message "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.".
SFCFix.exe crashes with an unhandled exception. I'm providing the log as well.

From the CBS log, I can see that there are a lot of Hash mismatches and also some issues with the Component Store. Unfortunately, I could not get behind on how to fix these issues. So if anyone could help me or point me in the right direction, that would be really nice.
