You will need a USB thumb drive that can be overwritten. Plug it in (make sure any others are unplugged) and then download and run the Media Creation Tool. Choose to create a USB install drive. Let me know when complete.

The first thing to try would be to boot to your USB drive that you created Windows 10 on. You may have to change your BIOS boot order in order to boot to the USB stick.
