I ran into a problem when I wanted to reset my Pc, it said that there was a "problem resetting your pc". It then took me back to my desktop.

Anyone know what is going on?

refresh you pc
How to fix “There was a problem resetting your PC” error on Windows 10

This is what is said when I tried resetting my PC

Open the Command Prompt as a administrator and execute below commands one at a time.

Code:
Sfc /scannnow

Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

I would add that unless it is your intention to "start from scratch" and to dump all your user data files, you might want to try my instructions for:

Doing a Windows 10 Repair Install or Feature Update Using the Windows 10 ISO file

before resorting to either of the techniques I wrote tutorials for in the post Rob has referenced above:
Doing a Completely Clean (Re)install of Windows 10 Using Media Creation Tool to Fetch the Win10 ISO File

Doing a Completely Clean (Re)install of Windows 10 Using Media Creation Tool to Create Bootable Win10 Install Media on a USB Thumb Drive

What underlying problem(s) are there with the operating system / computer?

Please indicate the Windows 10 version that you want to install.

Find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB)

If it's 20H2 or 2009 then create a bootable Windows 10 iso:

Download Windows 10
Download Windows 10 ISO File
Create Bootable USB Flash Drive to Install Windows 10

If you prefer 2004 or an older version please comment and links can be posted.

Steps can be posted to perform a reset save files equivalent.

Download Windows 10
The link above if you use the second option "download tool now" allows you to create a bootable usb to install Windows 10 newest version clean or make a bootable dvd
to do the same just make sure you backup whatever files and data are important before doing using it.
