I was able to fix the above one and while trying to patch again it showed long list now and here is the latest CBS log

Hello Sir,

I am applying the fix.

And before post I manually copied and replaced the errored payloads and manifests without the SfcFix.exe I still haven't learned how to use it completely
 
This explains a lot, and when the functionality of SFCFix is not clear I would not recommend to replace payloads and manifest files manually when you don't fully understand the issue. This may cause other issues...

Which payload and manifest files have you copied manually to this system into the WinSxS folders? Or have you replaced the complete WinSxS folder from another system?
