This started maybe 3-4 months ago. Every other update that comes through installs fine, it's just the rollups that fail on configuration after a reboot every time. It always fails with Code 80070490. So far I've tried downloading the rollups manually, uninstalling my antivirus software and attempting the update both of which yielded the error code. I've also tried the Win AllinOne utility to fix windows update without much luck. I've been hiding the updates but thought I'd give this forum a try to see if someone here may be able to to solve the issue (which would be great!).

Add Missing Package
1. Click the Start button and type cmd.exe in the search box.
2. Right-click on the cmd that comes up and select Run as administrator.
3. Once you are at the command prompt, copy/paste the following line and hit enter.
pnputil -a C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_cpu.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.24335_none_bbe513411f2df065\cpu.inf

Let me know if it says successfully installed. If it does, try installing the update again and if it fails, attach the logs.
