Thanks man. I think after I reboot, it has a blue screen (Stop c000021A - Fatal System Error). I saw that the blue screen is talking about unsigned drivers. Did a check found 34 unsigned drivers modified to the date of 2009. It seems that the it's from the SXS directories. I had to use advance boot to disable the driver signature enforcement to boot. The minidump also shows it has STOP 0x0000006B BSOD. Any idea why?

Hi,

you have the exact same error. Follow the steps here: Unable to install kb4343900 on Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit

When does the crashing occur? Every time you try an update or are there any different scenarios that cause this?

Has the RAM in the Server been tested or replaced recently?
