I'm doing my best to follow instructions but your set up doesn't leave room for errors or secondary methods to perform the same request.
Also in some ways it can be a deterrent for some people looking for help, i almost got it wrong but i really want to see this through.
The problem is I'm trying to upgrade to Windows 10 60-bit. every time i start the process gets to looking for updates at different percentages from multiple tries it stops and puts my laptop back to the way it was before i started.
its not allowing me to update that can be bc its been 4 yrs since i turned on this laptop and the updates in question no longer exist. If you read the capture 002 fu will notice the constant copies of updates that didn't grab. your hot fix is there also. I'm assuming that's not working either.
there is a possibility as i said before my laptop might be infected with all sorts of malware amongst other stuff.
Any help is appreciated.
thx in advance
