Trouble running the update KB4534310

[IKnowPenguinsCanFly]

I was having an error with roblox updating and the error would be fixed if I had the update KB4534310 so I installed it from the microsoft updates website and I made sure I got the 64 bit one for my computer but then when I ran the update it showed this error. How do i fix it?

I couldn't really do step two since there in the link specified for windows 7 had instructions for windows 10 or 11s, I couldn't find a download for SURT/DISM

I couldn't compress the CBS file because of the error below

Follow the instructions below to run a scan with the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) and provide a log.

1. Download SURT for your system. (Windows 7 SP1 x64)
2. Once downloaded, execute the installer, and go through the installation (this process can take around 15-20 minutes).
3. On completion, a log will be created in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log.
4. Attach this log to your next reply.

Really sorry for the late reply Peter, they cut off internet in Bangladesh and the situations pretty bad. Either way there is not enough space for the 500+ mb surt.

Zip the +500mb surt log file and try again.
