Hi everybody, I'm new here then I will explain my problem as well as possible.
Yesterday in the morning, sudddenly my laptop had an error and it send me to the blue screen.
Apparenty was an error installing the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3081444).
I tried to installing it two times but the error persisted, then I found the solution on internet to solve this, turning off the Antivirus and it works.
But after the reboot to install the Update, my Windows icon on the tool bar doesn't work when I click on it and the Windows button on the keybord too, also the search on windows work, the battery icon doesn't work, the Wi-fi icon, the messages icon, the date icon, the sound icon. Nothing works on the toolbar, except the hidden hidden icons.
After surf the internet I found 2 methods to try to solve this:
1- The System File Checker with the sfc /scannow
2- DISM
But this didn't solve anything:noidea:
My laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad Y40-70, with a dedicated video card Radeon R9 M275, and an i7-4510u processor.
Please help me I'm really desperate to solve this. I would appreciate if someone could help me.
I apologize if my spelling or syntax weren't correct, but I'm still learning English
