i get this exact same error on my log on windows 10 at the moment i try to resume from sleep mode at random.
is there a link between the fact that my laptop motherboard died and it was replaced by a new one with new bios version.
only noticeable difference between the old and new bios, is that it no longer supports ahci but instead only offers Intel RST and so initial boot after repairs took ages.
but did this forced change with no option for ahci in the bios cause my issues, and if so is there any other way except for windows reinstall to get everything fixed?

Edit: Here is my event viewer logs on onedrive. those have all the events from the moment that i press the power button and the system restarting itself.

Hi @Jurtaani. I am having the exact same issue. I troubleshoot server issues and am very versed in many troubleshooting tools. However, my issue is so unpredictable and infrequent I am unable to set up any captures. My issue can happen three times in a day and then go 4 days without the issue. My locking has no logic or patterns that I can discern yet.

My event log has the same events as yours except I don't have Hyper-V on this machine. I will mark this thread so I hopefully get updates and will if I find a solution will share what I find.

I am getting the same thing. Brand new Dell XPS8940 with nVidia 3060 graphics. System was not asleep, but frozen screen. No input would release things. System is Windows 10 21H2 with all current updates, and all current drivers from Dell. No 3rd party AV is installed.

Will try a DISM, even though this is a 3 week old fresh install. (Downgraded with a clean install back to WIndows 10...Windows 11 is not fully baked by a long shot. And I dislike it.)

I'm having some random freezes. I can't restart and have to force shutdown holding power button. No logs are registered on event viewer (only the Kernel-Power one from incorrect shutdown).

It's really a weird issue that i can barely explain, does someone saw anything related?

Here's a video trying to show the issue.
