Hoi,
Around a month ago my graphics card wasn't cooperating, so I uninstalled it to reinstalled it. I've been attempting to fix this and now this is my roadblock to fixing this computer.

Update Drivers - Video Controller (VGA Compatible)
Windows encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device
Windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them.
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400
The configuration registry database is corrupt.
If you know the manufacturer of your device, you can visit their website and check the support section for drivers.

And here's a dxdiag diagnostics from like 10 minutes ago.

Hi Dawpy welcome to Sysnative.

Do you still need assistance with this issue?

Retrieve the DRIVERS Hive
  1. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Config and locate the DRIVERS file
  2. Please copy the DRIVERS file to your desktop
Note: If you receive an error that this file is in-use, simply reboot your computer and try again
  3. Right-click on this file on your Desktop and select Send To...Compressed (zipped) folder. This will create a file named DRIVERS.ZIP on your Desktop
  4. If file will is too large to upload to the forum please share the file using a service like Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, or upload to www.sendspace.com and just provide the link for the file here
