have an older system that driving me mad it completes sfcscannow and dism all ok what info do you need many thanks

The SMART report for your 500 GB Hitachi HDD is GOOD. It is 7200 RPM speed drive, but it is SATA II ATA-300 which is all that your motherboard will support instead of SATA III . You also only have 3GB's of RAM. If you are running Windows 10 64 bit, it will work, but be very very slow. You need 4GB of RAM or more to run 64 bit OS
If you have less than 4GB, than you should install Windows 10 32Bit. The MAX RAM this motherboard will support is 4GB.
This computer is from 2012, even though you installed Windows 10 in 2020.
This hardware is ancient, and limited, you can't expect it to run like a new computer.
I would not invest any money into this computer, but you can Upgrade the RAM and replace the HDD with an SSD to improve performance, but I would take that money and invest it in another computer from this decade.

thanks for you help also the hard drive is nearly full i will get some s/h ram for now i also have spare hd i could format etc but i think its as you say get something new that supports w11 thanks again baz
