Typically, Microsoft releases firmware updates for the Surface tablets during Patch Tuesday every month. This past Patch Tuesday, no firmware updates were made available, causing us to wonder if Microsoft would be releasing any updates any time soon.
On January 16th, Microsoft released an updated firmware and driver pack for the Surface Pro 3 (as well as the Surface Pro 2 and Surface Pro). In this update, Microsoft has made numerous improvements to various features throughout the device, including graphics driver updates, wireless network controller and Bluetooth driver updates, Surface home button driver updates, and more.
