Hello everyone, I write here hoping not to make mistakes, I have assembled a PC with these components:
Asus prime x470 pro
AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
RX580 8GB
Corsair Vegance 16GB 3200MHz
750w 80plus gold power supply.
Sabrent nvme 1tb.
Assembled the PC everything ok, however, as soon as it is known I hear an annoying noise coming from the processor heatsink I link you the video I made hoping it feels.
IMG_0970.MOV
The other problem instead arose from some time, I realized it because during listening to music or watching movies, the PC had freeze that I didn't understand.
This happened with the old one so by doing various tests I decided to postpone seeing the warranty some components or the old amd ryzen 5 1600 processor
the gigabyte k3 gaming motherboard, 2133 mhz rams and even the power supply. but the problem occurs the same having reinstalled the clean system.
Doing various tests with Latencymon you notice a problem with two storport.sys and sornvme.sys drivers.
I have 3 SATA hard disks and the new Sabrent where I installed the operating system.
I can't find a solution I've already searched around a bit but nothing I asked for in another forum, I'm getting crazy ahaha.
I hope someone can help me thanks a lot in the attached I also put screen and latency report.

CONCLUSION
_
Your system seems to be having difficulty handling real-time audio and other tasks. You may experience drop outs, clicks or pops due to buffer underruns. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.
LatencyMon has been analyzing your system for 0:04:49 (h
ss) on all processors.

Hardware: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC., PRIME X470-PRO
CPU: AuthenticAMD AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor

CPU SPEED
_
Reported CPU speed: 3693 MHz
Note: reported execution times may be calculated based on a fixed reported CPU speed. Disable variable speed settings like Intel Speed Step and AMD Cool N Quiet in the BIOS setup for more accurate results.
WARNING: the CPU speed that was measured is only a fraction of the CPU speed reported. Your CPUs may be throttled back due to variable speed settings and thermal issues. It is suggested that you run a utility which reports your actual CPU frequency and temperature.

MEASURED INTERRUPT TO USER PROCESS LATENCIES
_
The interrupt to process latency reflects the measured interval that a usermode process needed to respond to a hardware request from the moment the interrupt service routine started execution. This includes the scheduling and execution of a DPC routine, the signaling of an event and the waking up of a usermode thread from an idle wait state in response to that event.
Highest measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 1889,30
Average measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 4,281793
Highest measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 1886,10
Average measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 1,680574

REPORTED DPCs
_
DPC routines are part of the interrupt servicing dispatch mechanism and disable the possibility for a process to utilize the CPU while it is interrupted until the DPC has finished execution.
Highest DPC routine execution time (µs): 1893,552396
Driver with highest DPC routine execution time: storport.sys - Microsoft Storage Port Driver, Microsoft Corporation

REPORTED HARD PAGEFAULTS
_
Hard pagefaults are events that get triggered by making use of virtual memory that is not resident in RAM but backed by a memory mapped file on disk. The process of resolving the hard pagefault requires reading in the memory from disk while the process is interrupted and blocked from execution.
NOTE: some processes were hit by hard pagefaults. If these were programs producing audio, they are likely to interrupt the audio stream resulting in dropouts, clicks and pops. Check the Processes tab to see which programs were hit.
Process with highest pagefault count: msmpeng.exe
Total number of hard pagefaults 88
Hard pagefault count of hardest hit process: 68
Number of processes hit: 4
