I have sound issues on all of my USB ports and on the front and back jack ports and on the SoundBlaster X G6 too. Happens with wired and wireless headsets.

I have done a clean W10 install in offline mode with the latest drivers, I have updated my bios.

I use the ultimate performance power plan, and Nvidia cp is optimized for maximum performance.
Asus Tuf gaming x570 plus / Asus b450-e gaming
ryzen 5 3600x
gtx 970
2x8 Gb hyperx predator
seasonic focus plus 850W gold
intel 660p 1TB NVMe SSD
WD 1 TB HDD
WD 4 TB HDD

I changed the motherboard to an Asus b450-e gaming, reinstalled everything.
Same issue.

I have disabled everything in the network adapter properties.
I have disabled ON board audio in the bios.

issue - Google Drive

Any Help will be appreciated.

I'd start with these:
  • Sound blaster driver: 1.16.4.14 (9 Oct 2020). Is this the latest?
    Sound blaster firmware: unknown.
Sound blaster plugged in a USB port.
Product support webpage: did you already download those firmware and programs?
  • LAN GbE Family Controller: latest.
    Realtek Gaming GbE Family Controller.
Better to try the MoBo driver for it? Given that it seems to be customized...
  • SSDPEKNW010T8: not present in MoBo QVL; SMART: not supported.
    (intel SSD 660p Series, 1TB, M.2 80mm, PCIe 3.0 x4, 3D2, QLC)
    It seems there's a new firmware (July 2020): 3.0.10
I'm not sure if you installed it: Intel Solid State Drive Toolbox

Thanks for your reply!

I have installed the latest soundblaster command and The G6 has the latest firmware.
Now I have installed the driver for the Ethernet that you have linked.
I have installed IntelMAS_GUI and Intel SSD Toolbox and the 660p has the latest 004C firmware.

Now latencymon looks like this: a

I've checked with DPS latency checker v1.4.0, I just disabled the network adapter when the program were running and after that no more spikes happened.
