something is using my disk all the time or my cpu

Hi, I have the led on all the time on the pc as if it is thinking all the time. I wonder how to know what program is causing this disk or cpu consumption. If you can help me I would be very grateful. Well, thank you very much. Best regards.
 
What you are showing is completely normal. The computer, unless asleep or hibernating is almost always "thinking". There are many background processes or services running and some wait until the computer is idle.
Your screenshot looks good.

Here is what mine looks like sitting here looking at this webpage.

Keep in mind, your browser and its extensions will use resources as well.

Just to add to the above, this is especially true if have any form AV software installed. For example, on my machine, Windows Defender frequently runs a quick scan without me even realising until I see that notification pop-up, stating that a quick scan has been performed.
