[SOLVED] Shortcuts don't work

I'm using windows 10 Pro Build 19041, shortcuts aren't working from taskbar in the desktop either, the only way i'm able to run the programs it's from they're location righ tcliking them and start as administrator, any help would be apreciated, so far i deleted %temp% files "prefetched" files and started windows with a "clean initialization".

I realised today I have a bigger problem if I want to open pdf, word and excel files I can’t open them “directly” I must open first the app they belong to and then open file from the apps menu, I can only open acrobat, word and excel right clicking the shortcut and running them as administrator, runned a complete scan from Windows Defender and malwarebytes “0” problems, also sfc and DISM comands are ok, can’t figure out how to solve this.

If all your files still show in the File Explorer Using the Media Creations Tool, I would do a Windows Repair Install. Even though it saves personal stuff, backup first anyway. If all the files didn't show, the HD/SSD might be going bad. I don't particularly like running chkdsk/r since it can destroy "good' files although I use it when necessary.
 
Thanks Corday for your reply, time to use alternative apps rather than Microsoft Office and PDF reader, i still wonder why those shortcuts stopped working 🙄...one thing i learned, how to do a Media Creation Tool. 😁
