sfcfix problem

how to solve this pls. after running sfc and dism, still getting error and cannot update. windows 8.1, pls what is the next step to solve this.thanks

windows update error code: 8024402f, cannot update always an error

Here's what I did (in order) before posting:

i tried to sfc /scannow and it showed that it cannot repair the Amd64\CNBJ2530.DPB, after that i tried SFCFix, which generates a report after the program ends, on the report it said (FIXED: Performed DISM repair on file Amd64\CNBJ2530.DPB of version 6.2.9200.16430.) , then i tried running sfc /scannow again and it showed the same error
