SFCFix Log Help

I have runned SFCFix and it made a log. I have been getting Bad Image errors and DISM doesn't work (I am getting error 87). This is the log. Please tell me how to fix my corrupted files.

DISM is not supported on Windows 7. You need to run System Update Readiness Tool.

DISM is not supported on Windows 7. You need to run System Update Readiness Tool.

I didn't want to fix the update problem. I just get bad image errors when ever I try to launch a specific program or Game. I even can't play Medias with WMP.
