SFCFix Crashing after SFC /scannow finds corrupted files - Windows 10 Home

Hi,

Hoping for some help on this.

Windows update failed so tried SFC /scannow and DSIM repair (even tried using a Win10 USB as the image source but it can't find all the files).

Ran SFCFix but it crashes with the following error:

SFCFix version 3.0.2.1 by niemiro.

Hello there! It appears this is Windows 10 version 1809. Is there any reason in particular that the machine hasn't been upgraded to Windows 10 1909?

no reason, when I go to Windows Update there's no option to do so
 
Try the 'Update Now' button on this Microsoft page: Download Windows 10

If the upgrade fails, zip and attach C:\$Windows.~bt\Sources\Panther\SetupAct.log with your reply.
