[SOLVED] SFC, "Unable to fix some problems" + Other issues

I have a computer which is showing an error 52 in the device manager on "USB Printing Support" and "High Definition Audio Controller". There are no Upper Filters in the registry to delete. I run DISM repair which completes with no errors. I run SFC /Scannow and it is unable to fix some problems. I try performing an In-Place Upgrade and I get "Windows 10 Installation Has Failed". I should also mention that the Windows Security center does not open.
