SFC /scannow fails due to illegal character

Hi

Firstly thanks for providing this amazing service, it's quite unique and I'm really grateful for your help.
I'm having problems with a Windows Server 2012 R2 machine.
It had a faulty stick of RAM which seems to have caused some corruption in the System image.
The corruption is also preventing me from adding or removing any features from the server and is causing the server manager to fail.
I tried fixing it with DISM and SFC but both fail with an error concerning an illegal character.
Having found this amazing site I have tried running SFCFix which also found the problems but said it couldn't fix them.
So here's a link to a Zip of the contents of the CBS folder as requested by the tool:
