sfc /scannow can't fix some files and dism /restorehealth stucks at 62,3%

ok I've read the rules...After using ComponentsScanner fix, sfc /scannow is able to repair succesfully the corrupted files:

The router page can't get me logged in, is this because of a bruteforce attack? nick and password are correct
