Hello All,
New here. Windows 10 Pro 1909. I stumbled across this site when searching for Services.lnk error. I have run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth,DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, SFC and CHKDSK. Nothing seems to repair. I havent run DISM with an ESD or WIM because the version I am on is 1909 and the MediaCreation tool is for 2004 or 20H2. I have managed to get a copy of 1909 ISO and have extracated the WIM but havent gone further as it seems there should be an easier way to fix this than installing over the installation.
Is there a fix for this?

Sample of CBS log:
