SFC Scan cannot repair corrupt file and DISM too is failing

Hi,

I have windows 10 64 bit and AMD FX8350 processor, I am trying to run SFC scan and it says cannot repair system.threading.threadpool.dll as hash value error. And when I try DISM restorehealth it too fails.

I appreciate if anybody can help me on this.
