SFC fails, DISM fails, Can't install latest rollup

Win 10 22H2 Pro
Components scan shows 2065 missing registry keys.
Trying to update and found "Windows Update and Windows Update Medic" missing from services.
I got them back and manually installed the DotNet update but the rollup failed.
Attached are the Components scan log and the CBS.zip files

However I posted this two weeks ago and could really use some help here.

Don't bother, I have fixed it myself.
