SFC Errors using Niermiro Scanfix and MSVC++9.0 in C:\Windows\winsxs

Hi:
Tried to install an update to VMWare Player to 15, but ran into its installer showing a missing MSVC++9.0 minimum runtime x64 package, was told to remove them all to install VC++2017, which I did only to find most apps need a specific package the program for use was compiled on.

Tried to install/fix vc++9.0, but got a messed up chinese/korean package.

Need to fix this.
