SFC error - windows resource protection unable to repair

Hello,

I seek help for a strange internet explorer error; I get a error "An unknown error occured during this operation" whenever I try to print.
I tried running sfc and it says it is unable to repair. Attached is the CBS.log

I forgot to mention the error with printing only occurs with IE in 32-bit mode.

I've also ran the System Update Readiness Tool as well. Attached is the log from it.
