SFC Corruptions after HDD crash

I experienced some HDD crashes on my Server and for some reasons there was no actual Backup.
After a whole Weekend of work I got the Server Back in Business and everything seems to be fine.
Until I experienced some Issues with SharePoint and WSUS. So I used the System File Checker Tool to check my system files... and it's not looking good.

This is was sfcfix.exe tells me:

Not using a script file.
