[SOLVED] SFC can't fix some errors

I'm getting an error when I run SFC /scannow.

I have run SFC /scannow from within Win7 sp1 32bit.
I also ran SFC /scannow from a bootable CD with Win7 sp1 32bit iso

This is the CBS.log of the second run is attached:



In an effort to try to fix the problem I have installed the latest version of:
System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 32bitWindows6.1-KB947821-v34-x86.msu


I tried running from a cmd prompt with administrator privlages:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 6.1.7600.16385

Image Version: 6.1.7601.18489
Error: 87

I have also tried running:
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 6.1.7600.16385

Image Version: 6.1.7601.18489
Error: 87

The Dism.log I get is attached:

Running Win7 sp1 Ultimate 32bit

All errors have been repaired.

When I ran SFCFix.exe the cbs.log file wasn't there. I have a bat file that created the sfcdetails.txt file and then it deletes the cbs.log.
I re-ran sfc /scannow which recreated the errors in CBS.log. Then I ran SFCFix.exe It said it repaired the two errors that were present.
Then I ran sfc /scannow again. It ran with no errors.
