SFC cannot fix the corrupt

Hello,

so i've had problem with the sfc it say something like "it detect the problem but cannot fix it" and then i reset my windows 10 pc using cloud install and this problem still exist. i've tried dism and still nothing change. i already tried the sfcfix apps but it say "No corruptions were detected.". and when i open the sfc log, i think the problem is this line:
