Hello and welcome!

Due to the precise nature of your corruption, you will receive help from a user named Bruce1270. He's one of our senior trainees here who's in his final phase of his studies and needs to gain some real world experience in specific areas of Windows Update. This means that he'll be assisting you, but that I will first need to double check and approve his fixes before he posts them to you. If anything this is a good thing for you because it means that you've got at least two of us watching over your thread, but it will unfortunately add a slight delay between each reply. I hope that you understand and can accept the need for us to train up new members in this way in order to carry on doing what we do here, however, if for any reason you object to this setup, I will happily take on your thread myself.

Thank you very much for your understanding. We'll be with you very shortly.

Hi and thanks for reply
I hope help is no more needed. I:
1. Uninstaled AVG.
2. Checked C disc for bad sectors (full long option)
3. Instaled and run Comodo AV (no problems)
4. Instaled all windows updates
5. Wise Care 365...

and now
SFC stops on 57% but SFCFix says "No corruptions were deceted"

If I need a help, here are files. If not, I think I can live with this (57%) problem ;)
Thanks again

Hi Woj

My name is Bruce1270 and I shall be assisting you.

Please do the following.

GSmartControl
Follow the instructions below to check your SMART status with GSmartControl:

  • Download the portable version of GSmartControl and save it on your Desktop;
  • Extract the zip file to your Desktop. Open the folder gsmartcontrol-1.1.3-win64 which should be located on your Desktop and double-click gsmartcontrol.exe to launch the program.
  • Identify your drive in the list (if recognized by the tool), and hover your mouse over it.
  • You should see something called: SMART status. It will either read: Enabled, in which case you should do the following:
  • Double-click on it to bring up its window (usually you'll find your drive by its size or its brand name);
  • Go to the Self-Tests tab, then select Extended Self-test in the Test type drop-down list and click on Execute (this test can take a few hours to complete);
  • Once the test is over, the results will be displayed at the bottom of the window. Please copy and paste these results in your next reply or take a screenshot;
  • Also, go in the Attributes tab and if you have any entries highlighted in red or pink, take a screenshot of the GSmartControl window and attach it in your next reply;
  • Please note: If the SMART Status reads: Unsupported, stop and let me know.

Hi Woj

The GSMART tests are indicating that the hard drive is failing and will need to be replaced. I would recommend backing up your data if you can.

The OS will then need to be clean installed. I would strongly recommend upgrading to windows 10 as from January 2020 Microsoft is no longer supporting windows 7.

If you require any assistance with the clean install you can post in our technical forum.

I'm sorry I cannot be of further assistance with your issue.
