BRIEF:
-I use the "MediaCreationTool20H2.exe" from Download Windows 10
-After I got the ISO from the MediaCreationTool20h2, I use "Rufus 3.13" Rufus - The Official Website (Download, New Releases) to make it bootable. But then I still get the same problem.
-Then I just tried to use CMD to make a bootable usb device, because maybe rufus is the one corrupting the OS installation but its not.

Yes, its been on OC before but I've been having BSOD, but now OC is on Default.
