Rebooted
Re-create software distribution & catroot
Ran windows update troubleshooter
Ran SFC - corruption found and repaired
Ran DISM
Downloaded KB5039227 direct from catalog

I believe my issue might be HRESULT = 0x80073701 - ERROR_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING

I still consider my issue being [HRESULT = 0x80073701 - ERROR_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING]

Error might be related to the France Language Pack? Except only Language pack installed in US English

Any assistance would be helpful for this specific domain controller, Server 2022

determined I can uninstall languages - have 4 installed

lpksetup
French & Portuguese uninstalled successfully

Spanish failed to uninstall

CBS failed to remove the language pack for es-ES. Returned CBS error code 0x80073701.

attached is CBS logs for the uninstall

KB5039227 still fails to install over errors with es-ES
