I have an Azure Server 2022 and I have recently found out it's been failing to update for quite sometime. Don't help the fact it's a PLESK Webserver either xD
I've tried it with previous Update Packages and the current one, and they all fail to install.
I have tried:
Grabbing the missing update and attempting to deploy through DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package
Clearing out the WU Cache and resetting components as per the documents that MS provide
I know there's either a missing/corrupt Component or Package but not exactly sure how to fix. As SFC states it's unable to fix some corruption
I've added an export of the COMPONANTS file and DISM logs just incase

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.
The system file repair changes will take effect after the next reboot.
