Hi folks,

Seeing the error below on a couple Azure Server 2022's that I'd really like to avoid rebuilding.

024-06-27 22:14:33, Error [0x01805c] CSI 00000e35 (F) Failed execution of queue item Installer: Network Drivers ({a111f280-5923-47c0-9a68-d0bafb577901}) with HRESULT 800106d9 [Error,Facility=(0001),Code=1753 (0x06d9)]. Failure will not be ignored: A rollback will be initiated after all the operations in the installer queue are completed; installer is reliable[gle=0x80004005]

I've attempted to exclude driver updates from Windows updates but the issue still occurs. Update installs to 100%, reboots then rolls back.

Log files are attached as per the guidelines. Any help is much appreciated.

Morning folks,

Any wise heads have to add any insight? In a fleet of 550 servers, there's 2 doing the same thing with the same errors. Help me sysnative-kenobi, you're my only hope.

Any chance of help folks? These two hosts are driving me bonkers.

Both sfc /scannow and Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth were run without issue.

I ended up getting a solution to this issue. Inevitably if a good search of 'Failed execution of queue item Installer: Network Drivers ({a111f280-5923-47c0-9a68-d0bafb577901})' has brought you here, the issue was simple in that the 'Network Setup Service' windows service was set to disabled instead of manual'.

No where does it mention attempting to start that service or call it in anyway but hey, saved me a rebuild.
