This is a Domain Controller, that also failed the January CU update (KB5049983) with the same error. I was hoping that this month's update would resolve the issue.
1. I've run sfc /scannow with no errors.
2. I've run DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth with no errors.
3. I've downloaded the update from the Windows Catalog, and tried to install manually, and using DISM, but with the same error.
4. I've run the component scanner with no errors detected.
