Server 2019 update error - Error 0x800f0986

Hello,
the server Windows Server 2019 Standard can't install update, error:
2025-04 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2019 for x64-based Systems (KB5055519) - Error 0x800f0986
Sfc scan, dism restore health online/from other source, cleared the Windows Update cache did not solve the problem.
Attached CBS logs and Componnents scanner, please help to fix this problem.
