Server 2019 Standard Failing to install Patch KB5039705

Hi,

Got a Server 2019 Standard VM (build 10.0.17763.5696),

thats failing to install Patch KB5039705, with error 'Patch was not installed'

Have tried the usual DISM and SFC repairs multiple times with no luck.

Can you please have a look and advise?
