Server 2019 .net update corruption

So I've been battling this dang server for about 2 weeks now, trying to get DISM and SFC to repair the corruption. It seems to only be affecting .net, when I try to install an update I get error 0x80073712. I tried creating a WIM from a working server hoping it would include the corrupted files, but no luck. Any help would be appreciated!

I have attached the CBS folder from logs that is current as of this afternoon. I have continued to try to work on this, and after trying to run sfcfix, it throws an error up and talks about sending the logs to the developer.
