Server 2019 failes with error 0x800f0922 - CBS_E_INSTALLERS_FAILED

We have one server 2019, that always fails with error 0x800f0922 - CBS_E_INSTALLERS_FAILED.
Attached you find the needed logs. I've already found the following error, but I don't know how to resolve it as i found multiple solutions which all didn't help.
