Server 2019 Component Store issue

I ran the Normal. SFC /SCANNOW, The Dism's and then your tool.. However still have issues.. here are the files you requested.

I have attempted to use a different ISO to recover needed files. That has not seemed to help either.. Here are updated Files.. THanks.

here is the most recent.. I am at a stand still or if not we will just reinstall OS. Since this looks like updates that failed but actually completed and then other completed updates. Causing imbalance in the Component Store at this point.
